Inactive or Abandoned Utilities. Inactive or abandoned utilities, whether or not they are indicated on the drawings, shall be recorded as to location and depth and shall be removed for a distance of not less than three (3) feet from the outside line of all concrete Work unless otherwise required by regulations. Ends shall be capped or plugged. There shall be no adjustment of the Contract amount for Work due to inactive or abandoned utilities.
