In the Event of a Breach. A. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon sixty (60) days’ written notice to the other party in the event of a breach of any material obligation under this Agreement, provided that the alleged breach is not cured during the sixty (60) day notice period. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, Customer shall have no rights to continue use of the Service.
