Suspension for Delinquent Account. Oracle reserves the right to suspend Customer’s access to and/or use of the Services if any payment is due but unpaid but only after Oracle has provided Customer two (2) delinquency notices, and at least thirty (30) days have passed since the transmission of the first notice. Customer agrees that Oracle shall not be liable to Customer or other third party for any suspension pursuant to this Section.
Suspension for Delinquent Account. Vendor reserves the right to suspend Customer’s access and/or use of the Service for any account for which any payment is due but remains unpaid after thirty day’s written notice of such delinquency. Customer agrees that Vendor shall not be liable to Customer, or to any third party, for any suspension of the Service resulting from Customer’s non-payment of the fees as described in this Section.
Suspension for Delinquent Account. Jcurve reserves the right to suspend Customer’s access to and/or use of the Service (and that of any other customer of Jcurve that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Customer (a “Customer Affiliate”)) for any accounts for which any payment is due but unpaid but only after Jcurve has provided Customer two (2) delinquency notices, and at least seven (7) days have passed since the transmission of the first notice (“Delinquent Account Status”). Jcurve also reserves the right to suspend Customer’s access and/or use of the Service in the event that any Customer Affiliate account is in Delinquent Account Status. Customer agrees that Xxxxxx shall not be liable to Customer or to any Customer Affiliate or other third party for any suspension of the Service pursuant to this Section 5.1.

Customer agrees that Spōk shall not be liable to Customer or to any Customer Affiliate or other third party for any suspension of the Service pursuant to this Section.

Next Technik reserves the right to suspend Customer’s access to and/or use of the Services if any payment is due but unpaid but only after Next Technik has provided Customer two (2) delinquency notices, and at least 30 days have passed since the transmission of the first notice. Customer agrees that Next Technik shall not be liable to Customer or other third party for any suspension pursuant to this Section.
Suspension for Delinquent Account iDONATEpro reserves the right to suspend Customer’s and any of Customer Affiliates’ access to and/or use of the Service for any accounts (i) for which any payment is due but unpaid but only after iDONATEpro has provided Customer with two (2) delinquency notices, and at least thirty (30) days have passed since the transmission of the first notice, or (ii) for which Customer has not paid for the renewal term and has not notified iDONATEpro of its desire to renew the Service by the End Date of the then current Term. The suspension is for the entire account and Customer understands that such suspension would therefore include Affiliate sub-accounts. Customer agrees that iDONATEpro shall not be liable to Customer or to any Customer Affiliate or other third party for any suspension of the Service pursuant to this Section 7.1.
Suspension for Delinquent Account. To the extent any fees or other payments due Relay are in arrears, Relay hereby reserves the right to suspend any and all Relay System and services access by you until such time as those amounts are paid in full.
Suspension for Delinquent Account. Site Industries, LLC reserves the right to suspend Customer’s and any Customer Aliases’ access to and/or use of the Service for any accounts (i) for which any payment is due but unpaid but only after Site Industries, LLC has provided Customer two (2) delinquency notices, and at least thirty (30) days have passed since the transmission of the f i rst notice, or (ii) for which Customer has not paid for the Renewal Term and has not notified Site Industries, LLC of its desire to renew the Service by the End Date of the then current subscription term. The suspension is for the entire account and Customer understands that such suspension would therefore include Alias sub-accounts. Customer agrees that Site Industries, LLC shall not be liable to Customer or to any Customer Alias or other Third-Party for any suspension of the Service pursuant to this Section 7.1.
Suspension for Delinquent Account. SilkRoad reserves the right to suspend Customer’s and any Customer Affiliates’ access to and/or use of the Hosted Service for any accounts for which Channel Partner provides credible evidence to SilkRoad that any undisputed Customer payment is due but unpaid. Customer agrees that SilkRoad shall not be liable to Customer or to any Customer Affiliate or other third party for any suspension of the Hosted Service pursuant to this Section.
