In- Service Classes Clause Samples
The 'In-Service Classes' clause defines the types of classes or services that will be provided and available during the term of an agreement. It typically outlines the schedule, format, and content of these classes, specifying whether they are in-person, virtual, or hybrid, and may include details such as frequency, duration, and participant eligibility. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of what educational or training services will be delivered, thereby preventing misunderstandings and setting expectations for service delivery.
