Common use of In lieu of general liability insurance mentioned in Subsection a Clause in Contracts

In lieu of general liability insurance mentioned in Subsection a. above, if the Contractor is a sole proprietor with less than three contracts, the Contractor may choose one of the following three general liability policies, but only if attached to a professional liability policy. If selected the policy shall be maintained for the life of the Contract: Supplemental Liability Insurance, including coverage for bodily injury and property damage that will cover the Contractor wherever the service is performed with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence; and $2,000,000 General Aggregate. The State of Washington, DSHS, its elected and appointed officials, agents, and employees shall be named as additional insureds; or Workplace Liability Insurance, including coverage for bodily injury and property damage that provides coverage wherever the service is performed with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence; and $2,000,000 General Aggregate. The State of Washington, DSHS, its elected and appointed officials, agents, and employees shall be named as additional insureds: or Premises Liability Insurance if services are provided only at their recognized place of business, including coverage for bodily injury, property damage with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence; and $2,000,000 General Aggregate. The State of Washington, DSHS, its elected and appointed officials, agents, and employees shall be named as additional insureds.
