In-Kind Contributions. B.12.2.1 Authorized Members are expected to make reasonable and equitable (taking into account the resources available to the Authorized Member and its size) contributions of staff or volunteer time, without charge, for participation in the affairs of the Agreement including, but not limited to, participating in meetings, correspondence and submissions on issues, development of policies and procedures, provision of people to undertake Evaluation and Review activities, and mentoring.
