In-Kind Contributions. The Agency and the Union agree upon the value and importance of in-kind contributions to the success of the programs and services of Head Start. Section 1— Accountability A. The Agency shall inform employees of in-kind goals at the beginning of each program year and update employees of any changes. B. The Agency shall provide information at least every other month to each classroom with regard to volunteer time and progress toward meeting the yearly in-kind goal.
