In-App Purchases. The Software may offer Customer the opportunity to purchase additional functions and/or features from within the application (an “In App Purchase”). All billing and transaction processes are handled by the provider of the Application Store (the “App Store Provider”) from whose platform Customer downloaded the Software and are governed by the App Store Provider’s terms and conditions. If Customer has any payment related issues with In-App Purchases, then Customer must contact the App Store Provider directly.
