IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW. All contracts granted by the Board to bargaining unit members shall be issued in accordance with ORC Sections 3319.07, 3319.08, and 3319.11 of the Ohio Revised Code, except as may be expressly provided otherwise within this Agreement.
