If you are not the owner of the premises, we cover improvements, alterations or additions you have made to the premises for an amount not to ex- ceed 10% of the Coverage B (Personal Property) limit of liability. This is not additional insurance and does not increase the Coverage B (Personal Property) limit of liability.
