Common use of Implied Services Clause in Contracts

Implied Services. If any Functions, other than those retained by Health Net under this Agreement, are reasonably required for, and incidental to or inherent in, the proper performance and provision of the Services (regardless of whether they are specifically described in the Agreement), they shall be deemed to be implied by and included within the scope of the Services to be provided by Supplier to the same extent and in the same manner as if specifically described in the Agreement.
