Implied Obligations. It is the intention of both parties that any implied obligations referenced or defined in The Supply of Goods and Services ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ or The Sale of Goods ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ as amended, are expressly excluded for the purposes of this Agreement.
