Sewer Service Connection Defined. The term “sewer service extension” or “connection” as used in this agreement shall mean a physical connection to the City sewer system of one single family equivalent dwelling unit (EDU) and the corresponding abandonment of the existing on-site sewage disposal system under permit from the Butte County Environmental Health Division.
