Common use of Implied Covenants Clause in Contracts

Implied Covenants. This Lease constitutes and expresses the entire agreement between the parties and no implied covenant of any kind shall be read into it and in particular there shall not be read into it any implied covenant requiring Lessee to commence or to continue to conduct more drilling or other operations on the leased land or to drill more xxxxx thereon or fixing any greater measure of diligence than Lessee has herein expressly agreed to.
