Common use of Implementing Agency Clause in Contracts

Implementing Agency. As the implementing agency the City shall perform State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) review for the Projects and shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and/or agreements for the City Projects. The City shall be responsible for accomplishing all aspects of the Projects.
