Common use of Implementation Period Clause in Contracts

Implementation Period. The period from the Effective Date until the Acceptance Date, as further defined herein, shall be known as the Implementation Period (“Implementation Period”). The Work performed during the Implementation Period shall commence on the date specified in a Notice to Proceed. Prior to issuing a Notice to Proceed, the School District shall secure funds in an amount necessary to cover the total project cost listed in Schedule D (ESCO Compensation and Payment Schedule).
