Implementation of Review. If the Coalition receives a request for review hearing from the provider, the Coalition must address the request by taking the following steps.
Implementation of Review. Upon receipt of a request for review hearing as described above, ELCFH will:
a. Assign a Review Hearing Committee composed of 3-5 members of the Coalition Board within 3 business days.
