Implementation of Negotiated Increase 14. 03.01 * All employees, other than over-ranged employees, shall have applied to the annual rate in Appendix I, for the class assigned to their position, the increase negotiated for such class. The result shall be rounded off to the nearest cent. The bi-weekly rate shall be determined by dividing the annual rate by 26. The hourly rate shall be determined by dividing the annual rate of the position concerned by its annual regular hours of work (either 1755 or 1950 hours) and rounding to the nearest cent.
