Implementation mechanisms. 22.1 To ensure full and proper implementation of the letter and spirit of this Agreement, the Parties hereby constitute a Joint Monitoring and Implementation Committee ("JOMIC") to be composed of four senior members from ZANU-PF and four senior members from each of the two MDC Formations. Gender consideration must be taken into account in relation to the composition of JOMIC.

Implementation mechanisms. The program Administrator may issue one or more competitive procurements for program implementation services, in order to meet program design considerations that may include, but are not limited to, program management, contractor qualification and oversight, innovative outreach strategies, project qualification and review, quality assurance, reporting, incentive/payment processing, assistance with program access, local workforce development, and project support and technical assistance. The MOU Parties may also use other implementation mechanisms with respect to this program.

  • Dispute Resolution Mechanisms Registry Operator will comply with the following dispute resolution mechanisms as they may be revised from time to time:

  • CONSULTATIVE MECHANISMS An enterprise consultative committee may be established to assist in the implementation of this Agreement. The Consultative Committee cannot discuss or pass resolutions that negate or amend the terms or intent of this Agreement or the VBIA or the Award. The committee would consist of equal numbers of management and employee representatives. The employee representatives will be elected by the shop floor employees of the enterprise. Elected representatives will be given adequate time for meetings and to consult with employees before and after meetings. The quorum for a meeting shall be four, at least half of whom must be employee representatives. The Secretary of the CEPU (Plumbing Division) or nominee shall have a standing invitation to participate in meetings. Any issue that cannot be resolved shall be dealt with in accordance with the Dispute Settlement Procedure set out in this Agreement.

  • Implementation Services The Company and the Client have developed a plan for implementing the services to be provided hereunder, including with respect to the transition of responsibility for such services from the Client and its current administrator to the Company, which plan attached hereto as Schedule I (the “Implementation Plan”).
