Common use of Implementation Date Clause in Contracts

Implementation Date. The later of (i) January 1, 2010 or (ii) the “Final Effective Date,” as defined in the GM Retiree Settlement or the Chrysler Retiree Settlement, as applicable, or with respect to the Ford Retiree Settlement, the later of the “Effective Date” or the “Appeal Completion Date” (as defined in the Ford-UAW Memorandum of Understanding Post-Retirement Medical Care dated November 3, 2007) or as otherwise provided in the Ford Settlement Agreement.
