Implementation Costs. All the costs of providing notice to the Class (including the Settlement Website) in the manner prescribed in Section 3.3 of this Agreement, and the costs associated with independent administration of benefits by the Claims Administrator, shall be paid from the Cash Fund. To the extent there are any additional funds following the entry of Final Order and Judgment, the Parties agree to identify a mutually agreeable cy pres recipient to the Court for approval.
