Implementation Committee. 21.4.1 Upon the decision of the Board of Governors, the Xxxxxxx and Vice-President (Academic) shall form an Implementation Committee (IC) to oversee the process set forth in this Article. The IC will consist of members of the University community: The Chair shall be the Xxxxxxx and Vice-President (Academic) or his/her designate.
Implementation Committee. A six (6) person committee will be established, comprised of three (3) Company representatives and three (3) PWU representatives, to identify and resolve any problems and make recommendations to the Oversight Committee for any changes to the collective agreement. Any inconsistencies between the existing collective agreement and this article will be resolved in a manner consistent with the goals and principles of this Article. Any unresolved matters and changes to the collective agreement will be referred to the Oversight Committee for resolution.
Implementation Committee. The District and the Association agree to form an Implementation Committee (the ―Committee‖) consisting of two (2) members appointed by the District and two (2) members appointed by the Association. The Committee will have the general responsibility of overseeing the timely and orderly implementation of the Memorandum of Agreement. Specifically, the Committee will have the authority by consensus to do the following:

Implementation Committee. Following the execution of this MOU, IC will be selected as outlined above, and function as described below.
Implementation Committee. The CCBA provides that Developer shall contribute (or cause the contribution of) Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000) per year during the term of the CCBA for the operation of the “Implementation Committee” established under the CCBA (the “Implementation Committee Contribution”).
Implementation Committee. To assist with the implementation of this Agreement, Developer and Lead Organizations shall promptly form an Implementation Committee. The purpose for the Implementation Committee shall be to work closely with the CAC, the PAC and all residents of District 10 to ensure that the implementation of this Agreement meets the needs of the BVHP community and reflects the substantial work of the CAC and the PAC in identifying the needs of BVHP and District 10. The Implementation Committee shall meet regularly to develop strategies and procedures for the implementation of the policies and programs set forth in this Agreement. Developer shall provide $75,000 per year for the operation of the Implementation Committee. Voting procedures and other rules of operation of the Implementation Committee shall be determined jointly by the Lead Organizations and Developer. The Implementation Committee shall establish processes and priorities for expenditures of the Workforce Development Fund and the Community First Housing Fund, within the purposes set forth in this Agreement. In establishing these processes and priorities the Implementation Committee shall be guided by an inclusive, comprehensive, community-driven process, to determine BVHP community needs within the parameters of the funding obligations and purposes set forth in this Agreement.
Implementation Committee. This Committee will oversee the implementation of this Agreement for the first 12 months from its date of commencement. Each Business Unit will elect a representative in accordance with Clause 5.6. A new implementation committee will be elected by the staff and Management at the conclusion of this period for a further 12 months and the same process will take place for the life of this agreement.
Implementation Committee. The parties shall convene an Implementation Committee composed of members of OCEW, CCJL, ACÉPO, AFOCSC, and, if and where necessary, the Crown. This Implementation Committee shall be convened upon request of a party and shall be responsible for addressing any matters arising from this Appendix IV or the transition of OCEW employees at CCJL into the OCEW collective agreement. Any matters that cannot be resolved by the Implementation Committee may, at the applicable party’s election, be filed as a grievance pursuant to the Central Grievance Process under Article C5 of the OCEW Collective Agreement.
Implementation Committee. As of the date hereof, each of AT&T and Cirrus have designated three (3) individuals to represent them as members of an Implementation Committee (the "Committee"), the purpose of which will be to finalize a mutually acceptable written plan (the "Implementation Plan") for the orderly start-up of the Partnership's business, which will be based substantially upon the Preliminary Implementation Plan. Each of the AT&T Partner and the Cirrus Partner will designate a representative (an "Authorized Representative"), who will (i) be acceptable to the other parties hereto, (ii) not be a member of the Committee, (iii) be responsible for causing the transactions contemplated by the Implementation Plan to be effected on behalf of AT&T or Cirrus, as the case may be, and (iv) have been delegated authority to enter into binding commitments on its behalf with respect to matters covered by the Implementation Plan. Each party hereto agrees to cooperate and to cause its Affiliates to cooperate with the Committee in support of its effort to develop the Implementation Plan in a manner which is consistent with positioning the Partnership to attain the objectives of the Annual Plan. The Implementation Plan will be based substantially on the Preliminary Implementation Plan and will include: (a) a timetable for AT&T's construction of the infrastructure and clean room required to house and support an eight inch silicon wafer fabrication facility ("OR2") with capacity of approximately [*] 0.5u wafer starts per month at an approximate cost of $[*], specifying the respective rights of the AT&T Partner and the Cirrus Partner to inspect, modify (or cause to be modified) and approve such construction; (b) details of the capital equipment and other assets located at AT&T's current facility at Orlando ("OR1") which the AT&T Partner will cause to be provided to the Partnership; (c) (i) a detailed summary of the financing plan for the AT&T Assets, (ii) a detailed summary of the financing plan for the Cirrus Assets and (iii) details of the provision to the Partnership of approximately $[*] of AT&T Assets and approximately $280,000,000 of Cirrus Assets; and (d) details of the technology, technology development and other intellectual property which the AT&T Partner will cause to be transferred or licensed, as the case may be, to the Partnership pursuant to the Technical Transfer Agreement and the Patent License Agreement.
