Immediate Termination without Prior Notice. This Agreement and all the Services shall end immediately (without any requirement for prior notice) by reason of a deemed breach of this Agreement by the Provider on the insolvency or liquidation of the Provider. (This shall not apply, however, in the case of a liquidation of the Provider for the purpose of reconstruction or amalgamation where the terms have been approved by the Purchasers.)
