Illegal Use You may use your FAIRWINDS Credit Union Credit Card for any transaction permitted by law. You may not use your Card for any gambling purposes, either legal or illegal. You agree that illegal use and/or use in gambling activities of this Card will be deemed an action of default and/or breach of contract and such service and/or other related services may be terminated at our discretion. You further agree, should illegal use occur, to waive the right to sue us for such illegal activity directly or indirectly related to it. Use of sub-processors (a) The data importer has the data exporter’s general authorisation for the engagement of sub-processor(s) from an agreed list. The data importer shall specifically inform the data exporter in writing of any intended changes to that list through the addition or replacement of sub-processors at least thirty (30) days in advance, thereby giving the data exporter sufficient time to be able to object to such changes prior to the engagement of the sub-processor(s). The data importer shall provide the data exporter with the information necessary to enable the data exporter to exercise its right to object.
Malicious Use of Orphan Glue Records Registry Operator shall take action to remove orphan glue records (as defined at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/committees/security/sac048.pdf) when provided with evidence in written form that such records are present in connection with malicious conduct.
Use of Subcontractors Nothing in this Appendix 2 shall prevent the Interconnection Parties from utilizing the services of subcontractors as they deem appropriate to perform their respective obligations hereunder, provided, however, that each Interconnection Party shall require its subcontractors to comply with all applicable terms and conditions of this Appendix 2 in providing such services.

Use of Likeness As part of the consideration for this Housing Agreement, Resident authorizes Owner and its affiliates to make photographs and video recordings of Resident in community and resident amenity areas, and irrevocably grants Owner and its affiliates a royalty-free license to use Resident’s image and likeness for all lawful purposes, including promotional purposes in advertising, video, web, social media and other formats.
Prohibition on Use of Public Funds for Political Activity In performing the Services, Contractor shall comply with San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12G, which prohibits funds appropriated by the City for this Agreement from being expended to participate in, support, or attempt to influence any political campaign for a candidate or for a ballot measure. Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 12G.
Illegal Drugs A. The use or possession of an illegal drug or controlled substance by an employee on duty is cause for suspension or termination, and/or referral for criminal prosecution.
Use of Attachment Facilities by Third Parties Purpose of Attachment Facilities. Except as may be required by Applicable Laws and Regulations, or as otherwise agreed to among the Parties, the Attachment Facilities shall be constructed for the sole purpose of interconnecting the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System and shall be used for no other purpose.
