IDENTIFICATION OF PSP PROJECT MANAGER AND ALL SUBCONTRACTORS. The PSP Project Manager, PSP’s employees, and all Subcontractors who will be engaged by PSP to timely provide TFC with the Professional Services pursuant to an Assignment must be identified by PSP in a List of PSP Project Manager and Subcontractors, which shall be attached to each Assignment as an exhibit and incorporated therein by reference and shall be provided in substantially the same form as Exhibit E, attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes.
