Identification of Potential Conflicts by Others. When a Subcontractor or Separate Contractor or other person identifies a potential conflict affecting constructability, the CM/GC shall undertake the efforts outlined in Article 2.2.2.2 and its subparts to reach its own conclusion with regard to constructability in the same manner as if the potential conflict had been identified by the CM/GC itself.
