Common use of Identification of Plans Clause in Contracts

Identification of Plans. 2.1 Approved plan(s) The Developer in making application for site plan approval has agreed to provide to the satisfaction of the Town, plans showing the location of all buildings, structures, facilities, works and site elevations and services existing and proposed and, where required, drawings showing plan, elevation and cross-section views for each building or structure and to include all matters as contemplated by section 41 of the Planning Act. The plan(s) and drawings described in Schedule "B" [hereinafter called the "Approved Plan(s)] shall be deemed to have been approved by the Town upon execution and registration of this Agreement.
