If, during the Term, Employee invents or develops any ideas, patient lists or the like, relating to or useful in connection with the Business of the Company, the same are and shall remain the property of the Company, and he will promptly deliver all copies of the same to the Company; assign his interest therein to the Company and execute such documents as Company's counsel may request to convey title thereto to the Company.
