IDEA. The Charter School will ensure that no student is denied enrollment on the basis of special education status or disability. The Charter School is solely and independently responsible for compliance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”) and State special education laws, in regard to the determination, provision and financing of special education placement and services for all students seeking to and/or enrolled at the Charter School.
