IDEA. 1. All reports and plans generated by the school district as a result of IDEA or the Regulations of the Board of Regents Governing the Special Education of Children with Disabilities shall be made available to the teachers of the system in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws. 2. The Committee agrees that all information which it receives from the Federal Government or State Department of Education with regard to children with disabilities shall be made available to the teachers. 3. In the case of 1 and 2 above, the Director of Student Services shall determine the method of making such information available.
