Human-Computer Interaction Clause Samples
Human-Computer Interaction. Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) is a discipline concerned with the study, design, construction and implementation of human-centric interactive computer systems. HCI goes beyond designing screens and menus that are easier to use and studies the reasoning behind building specific functionality into computers and the long-term effects that systems will have on humans. HCI is a very broad discipline that encompasses different specialities with different concerns regarding computer development: computer science, design and engineering of the human interfaces, sociology and anthropology, work and organization and the way that human systems and technical systems mutually adapt to each other; etc.
Human-Computer Interaction. The Contractor shall provide services related to analysis, design, evaluation, implementation, and testing of interactive and wearable computing systems for human use to include, but is not limited to telehealth, natural language processing, and 508 compliance.
Human-Computer Interaction. Human-Computer interaction (HCI), as a field, aims to optimize the interface between human and computer [72]. To online learning based systems that rely on user feedbacks for improving predictions, the quality of the interface for collecting user feedback most directly affects the user experience. We design interface and operations with the following features:
3.1 An example screenshot of IDEAL-X’s interface
1) The system learns feedback from users’ regular annotation interactions transparently and incrementally.
2) From the knowledge gained by observing the user, the system generates normalized answers to populate forms in real-time
3) No special configuration or training sets are required. Initial training data or configuration may be provided, however, as an option.
