HST. The Contractor will register as required under the Excise Tax Act for the collection and administration of the Harmonized Sales Tax and will advise the Company: (a) on execution of this Agreement, of the Contractor’s Goods and Services registration number, to be recorded in the Main Agreement; and (b) immediately upon any change in the Contractor's status under the Excise Tax Act.
