HSBC Marks. The HSBC Contracting Party hereby grants to the Supplier Contracting Party a licence to use the HSBC Marks pursuant to paragraph 3.1 of Schedule 24 (Licence Terms) of the MSA, in accordance with the terms of the MSA.
