Common use of HSA Account Clause in Contracts

HSA Account. As soon as administratively feasible following Association ratification and City Council approval of this MOU, the City will pay the 2021/2022 deductible toward a ▇▇▇▇ HSA (Health Savings Account) for employee and dependents. Each July thereafter the City shall deposit into each employees’ HSA the full amount of the annual deductible. Employees may make tax exempt contributions to an HSA in accordance with IRS allowable amounts and provisions.
