Common use of How Accumulated Clause in Contracts

How Accumulated. A credit of three (3) working days per annum shall be given for each year of service, or for part of a year a credit of one (1) day for each four (4) months of service, which may be accumulated to a maximum of one hundred and twenty (120) working days. Each employee shall receive a summary of his accumulated service gratuity credits as at December 31st of each calendar year.
