Common use of HOUSING STANDARDS Clause in Contracts

HOUSING STANDARDS. The units provided by the Project will be built and maintained to, at a minimum, meet HUD's Housing Quality Standards (24 CFR, Section 982.401 and 92.251, incorporated by reference), including installation of broadband infrastructure, lead-based paint requirements at 24 CFR Part 35 and all applicable local and state building codes and standards, including the requirements of the City of Fort ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Affordable Housing Underwriting Guidelines for rehabilitation or new construction, whichever is applicable. These standards must be met upon Project completion, and throughout the Affordability Period or until the Loan is repaid, whichever comes first.
