BASES FOR CANCELLATION. A Graduate Village applicant or Resident may withdraw their application and terminate their contract if they did not attend classes at the University.

A housing applicant or Resident may withdraw their application and cancel their contract under the following circumstances: (i) they did not attend classes at the University, (ii) they are not subject to the live-on requirement, or (iii) they have been granted an exemption from the live-on requirement.
