Common use of HOUSEKEEPING Clause in Contracts

HOUSEKEEPING. Effective the date of ratification of the Memorandum of Agreement, the Employer and the Union agree to make the following amendments: (a) delete expired effective dates; and (b) any changes mutually agreed to between the parties during the drafting of the new Collective Agreement.

HOUSEKEEPING. Effective the date of ratification of the Memorandum of Agreement, the Employer and the Union agree to make the following amendments: (a) delete Article 11.1(1)(3) and renumber the remaining provisions; (b) delete the words “two week” in Article 13.5(f)4(a); (c) delete Schedule “B” and re-letter the remaining schedules; (d) delete expired effective dates; and (be) any other changes mutually agreed to between that the parties agree to during the drafting of the new Collective Agreement.

Effective the date of ratification of the this Memorandum of Agreement, the Employer and the Union agree to make the following amendments: (a) delete expired effective dates; and (b) any changes mutually agreed to between the parties during the drafting of the new Collective Agreement.

Effective the date of ratification of the Memorandum of Agreement, the Employer and the Union Association agree to make the following amendments: (a) delete expired Schedule “B” – Regular and Supplementary Vacation will be updated; (b) Letters of Understanding appended to the Collective Agreement will be re‐signed; (c) Expired effective datesdates will be deleted; and (bd) any Any changes mutually agreed to between the parties during the drafting of the new Collective Agreement.

Effective the date of ratification of the Memorandum of Agreement, the Employer Board and the Union Association agree to make the following amendments: (a) delete Delete expired effective dates; and; (b) any changes mutually agreed to between the parties during the drafting of the new Collective Agreement.

Effective the date of ratification of the this Memorandum of Agreement, the Employer Corporation and the Union agree to make the following amendments: (a) delete expired effective dates; and (b) any changes mutually agreed to between the parties during the drafting of the new Collective Agreement.

Effective the date of ratification of the Memorandum of Agreement, the Employer and the Union agree to make the following amendments: (a) delete remove expired effective datesdates and any transitional wording; (b) delete Article 11.4(d)(3); (c) delete the two (2) week waiting period in Article 11.4(h)(4)(i); and (bd) any other changes mutually agreed to between the parties during the drafting of the new Collective Agreement.

Effective the date of ratification of the Memorandum of Agreement, the Employer City and the Union mutually agree to make the following amendmentshousekeeping changes: (a) delete expired effective dates; and (b) any changes mutually agreed to between the parties during the drafting of the new Collective Agreement.

HOUSEKEEPING. Effective the date of ratification of the this Memorandum of Agreement, the Employer and the Union agree to make the following amendmentshousekeeping changes: (a) renew and attach all existing Letters of Understanding to the Collective Agreement; (b) delete expired effective dates; and (bc) any changes mutually agreed to between the parties during the drafting of the new Collective Agreement.

Effective the date of ratification of the this Memorandum of Agreement, the Employer and the Union agree to make the following amendments: (a) delete expired effective dates; and; (b) update Schedule D calculation to include twelve (12) General Holiday days. (c) any changes mutually agreed to between the parties during the drafting of the new Collective Agreement.

Effective the date of ratification of the Memorandum of Agreement, the Employer Corporation and the Union agree to make the following amendments: (a) delete Delete expired effective dates; and; (b) any changes mutually agreed to between the parties during the drafting of the new Collective Agreement.

Effective the date of ratification of the Memorandum of Agreement, the Employer and the Union Association agree to make the following amendments: (a) delete expired Schedule “C” – Regular and Supplementary Vacation will be updated; (b) Letters of Understanding appended to the Collective Agreement will be re-signed; (c) Expired effective datesdates will be deleted; and (bd) any Any changes mutually agreed to between the parties during the drafting of the new Collective Agreement.

HOUSEKEEPING. Effective the date of ratification of the this Memorandum of Agreement, the Employer and the Union agree to make the following amendments: (a) delete expired effective dates; (b) amend the Maternity and Parental Leave to align with the Employment Standards Act and incorporate the corresponding Letter of Understanding; (c) update gendered language throughout the Collective Agreement; and (bd) any changes mutually agreed to between the parties during the drafting of the new Collective Agreement.

Effective the date of ratification of the Memorandum of Agreement, the Employer and the Union agree to make the following amendmentshousekeeping changes: (a) delete expired effective dates; and (b) any changes mutually agreed to between the parties during the drafting of the new Collective Agreement.

Effective the date of ratification of the this Memorandum of Agreement, the Employer and the Union agree to make the following amendments: (a) Amend Schedule A to reflect two-step pay schedule and delete expired effective dates; andthe last sentence under Schedule A; (b) any Delete expired effective dates; (c) Any changes mutually agreed to between the parties during the drafting of the new Collective Agreement.

Effective the date of ratification of the this Memorandum of Agreement, the Employer and the Union agree to make the following amendments: (a) delete Delete expired effective dates; and (b) any Any changes mutually agreed to between the parties during the drafting of the new Collective Agreement.

HOUSEKEEPING. Effective the date of ratification of the this Memorandum of Agreement, the Employer and the Union agree to make the following amendments: (a) delete expired effective dates; (b) update the Collective Agreement to include gender neutral language; (c) update the Collective Agreement to use the term “Employer” throughout and replace the term “Board” with “Employer” where necessary; and (bd) any changes mutually agreed to between the parties during the drafting of the new Collective Agreement.

HOUSEKEEPING. Effective the date of ratification of the this Memorandum of Agreement, the Employer and the Union agree to make the following amendments: (a) delete expired effective dates; and; (b) update the Collective Agreement, including classification titles, to include gender neutral language; (c) any changes mutually agreed to between the parties during the drafting of the new Collective Agreement.

Effective the date of ratification of the this Memorandum of Agreement, the Employer and the Union mutually agree to make the following amendmentshousekeeping changes: (a) delete expired effective dates; and (b) any changes mutually agreed to between the parties during the drafting of the new Collective Agreement.
