Common use of HOUSE FUND Clause in Contracts

HOUSE FUND. The parties agree that upon certification of the Association that it has and will maintain employee’s written authorization, the Department will deduct dues as established by the Association from the salaries of its members. The sums so withheld shall be remitted by the Department, without delay, along with a list of the employees who have had said dues deducted. Such dues deductions shall continue so long as they are modified in accordance with the process outlined below.
