The "Hours Reports" clause requires parties, typically service providers, to document and submit detailed records of the hours worked on a project or assignment. Hours Reports. During the term of this MOU, the Department of Recreation and Parks shall provide bi-annual reports to the Union listing hours worked by part-time employees. Other departments which employ part-time workers shall provide such reports at least annually.
Hours Reports. Employees shall receive a report on the 1st business day following the first of the month detailing total hours scheduled vs hours in the month. Employees will also receive a report of their weekly actual hours worked in their weekly supervisor check-in.
