Hours Reports Sample Clauses

The "Hours Reports" clause requires parties, typically service providers, to document and submit detailed records of the hours worked on a project or assignment. In practice, this means the provider must regularly prepare and deliver timesheets or reports specifying the dates, hours, and tasks performed, often as a condition for payment or project tracking. This clause ensures transparency and accountability in billing and project management, helping both parties verify work performed and resolve any disputes regarding time spent on services.
