Hours of Service and Meal Period. (a) Except as otherwise provided in this Article, eight (8) consecutive hours’ service will constitute a day’s work. Where three consecutive shifts are cover the 24 hour period the starting time of the first shift will be at or between 7:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M.
