Common use of Hours of Service and Meal Period Clause in Contracts

Hours of Service and Meal Period. (a) Except as otherwise provided in paragraph (c) below, eight (8) consecutive hours exclusive of meal period shall constitute a day's work. The work week shall be five (5) consecutive days at eight (8) hours per day.
