Hours not Credited. Time off from work paid for under this section shall not be counted as hours worked in the computation of overtime or premium pay. (1) Except that if approved military duty that occurs during an employee's scheduled hours, it will count as time worked in determining if an employee is to be compensated at time and one half for all hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours within the applicable payroll
