Hours ECE. The Centre is a provider of 20 hours ECE Early Childhood Education (“20 hours ECE”) for three, four & five year old children. Eligibility for 20 hours ECE begins on the child’s third birthday and ends on the child’s sixth birthday. Not eligible if the child has attended school. 20 hours ECE is available for up to six hours per day for a maximum of 20 hours per week. As Happy Learning Childcare ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Ltd is an all-day Centre, open 11 hours per day, fees will be charged for the days and hours when the 20 hours ECE are not available. The fees charged will only be for the hours not covered by the provision of 20 hours ECE. Hours requested by the parent for 20 hours ECE forms part of the Enrolment form. If your child is entitled to 20 hours ECE and you would like to use part of these hours at another Centre, you will be charged the normal full daily rate of $150.00 on the days you are not using 20 hours ECE subsidy at Happy Learning and the 20 hours ECE daily rate of $50.00. on the funded days that you have chosen, (based on a 6hour ECE day). If you are on WINZ, we can check to see if it is better for you to stay on WINZ or use the 20 hours ECE. Per hour rate of $15.00 We believe that children deserve a quality environment that is beautiful and enriching and so provide extra services, staffing & resources that are included in our fee price over & above the daily 6hours of 20hours ECE. These include, but are not limited to: • full catering with homemade meals and baking • lower child to adult ratios • over 80% qualified teaching team • a well-resourced environment with quality sustainable resources that are replenished regularly The Centre is licensed by The Ministry of Education until 18:00 Monday to Friday and must close strictly at this time. Hours ECE. 20 hours ECE is a government subsidy for children aged 3, 4 and 5 years old enrolled in a Ministry of Edu- cation licensed and participating early childhood education (ECE) service. The subsidy is available to 3, 4 and 5 year old children for up to six hours per day, up to 20 hours a week. Children are eligible for the sub- sidy from their third birthday though until their sixth birthday or until they begin to attend primary school. If you wish to apply for 20 hours ECE, please let us know when you sign up so we can get you in touch with our partner agency. You agree that you understand that this offer depends on your location.

  • Hours Worked For the purpose of computing the number of hours worked, all time during which an employee is in paid status shall be construed as hours worked.

  • Hours of Service The minimum number of Hours of Service an Employee must complete during a vesting computation period to receive credit for a Year of Service is: (Choose (c) or (d)) [X] (c) 1,000 Hours of Service.

  • HOURS AND OVERTIME 3:1 A workweek is defined as seven (7) consecutive calendar days, from Saturday midnight to Saturday midnight. The basic workweek shall consist of five (5) workdays of eight (8) hours each and shall begin Monday and run through Friday, except when a job other than for a public utility is to be done on Saturday, then the Company may assign another day as a non-workday and Saturdays becomes a workday in the basic workweek. An extended workweek shall begin at starting time Monday and continue until the next Monday starting time. The regular hours of work for all employees shall be from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with an unpaid meal period of thirty (30) minutes which normally will be from 12:00 noon to 12:30 p.m. provided, however, that the regular lunch period may be advance or delayed an hour or less when work must necessarily be performed during the regular lunch period. Such a change in the lunch period shall not be deemed to require the payment of overtime. The regular hours of work may be changed by the Company at the request or direction of the public utility or governmental authorities, and by mutual agreement between the Company and the Union. The Company may change the start times by 30 minutes in either direction of the regular start time to meet the operational need without union approval. Such a change in the regular hours of work shall not be deemed to require the payment of overtime. 3:2 Employees shall report to work at pre-determined assembly points and shall return thereto at the conclusion of the day’s work; and the time spent in traveling between such assembly points and the job site shall be considered as time worked.

  • Hours of Labor This provision is required by statute. As required and except as provided by ORS 279B.020(7) and (8), 279B.235(5), and 279C.540(8), for Contractor’s employees subject to Oregon employment laws: Maximum Hours: Employees shall be paid at least time and a half pay for all time worked in excess of 10 hours in any one day or in excess of 40 hours in any one week, whichever is greater. Employees shall also be paid at least time and a half pay for work performed on the legal holidays specified in a collective bargaining agreement or on Saturdays, Sundays, New Year’s Day (Jan. 1), Memorial Day (last Monday in May), Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day (first Monday in September), Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November), and Christmas Day (December 25).
