Common use of Hourly Contribution Clause in Contracts

Hourly Contribution. The Industry contribution to the Pension Plan of one dollar seventy cents ($1.70) per hour per employee per hour worked, which became effective July 1, 1988, will be increased by seventy cents (70¢) cents per hour, effective July 1, 1992, to two dollars forty cents ($2.40) per hour per employee per hour worked. Effective July 1, 1993, employee contributions of ten cents (10¢) per hour per employee per hour worked will be added to the above contribution rate.
