Common use of Hotel Guest Data Clause in Contracts

Hotel Guest Data. Hotel Guest Data and Information in any database maintained by Franchisor or any of their Affiliates. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is contemplated that after Closing certain of the Hotel Guest Data and Information will continue to be utilized in the operation of the Hotel pursuant to and subject to the terms of any New Franchise Agreement with respect to the Hotels;

Hotel Guest Data. All Hotel Guest Data and Information in any database maintained by Franchisor Hotel Manager or any of their its Affiliates. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is contemplated that after Closing certain of the Hotel Guest Data and Information will continue to be utilized in the operation of Business at the Hotel pursuant to and subject to the terms of the Existing Management Agreement, as assumed and amended, if entered into by CWI (or pursuant to any New Franchise Agreement with respect to the Hotels;new management agreement or franchise agreement, as applicable).
