Common use of Hotel Accommodation Clause in Contracts

Hotel Accommodation. Hotel: Actual and reasonable charges are to be supported by a receipt. Charges in excess of such amount must be approved by the Executive Director. An amount of $35.00 per night (no receipt necessary) will be paid for accommodation in private residences. Amounts in excess of $35.00 per night will be accepted only when accompanied by a receipt and a signed statement from the employee that no other accommodation was available.
