Common use of Hot Work Clause in Contracts

Hot Work. A.18.2.1 An employee who works in a place where the temperature has been raised by artificial means to between 46° and 54° Celsius - 53 cents per hour or part thereof; exceeding 54° Celsius - 65 cents per hour extra or part thereof. This allowance will be adjusted annually on 1 March (2010-2011) based on the December to December Consumer Price Index of the previous year from the Australian Bureau of Statistics (all groups, Melbourne).
