Common use of Hot Work Clause in Contracts

Hot Work. a) An employee who works in a place where the temperature has been raised by artificial means to between 46 and 54 degrees Celsius will be paid an additional $0.54 or part thereof; with an additional $0.67 or part thereof, where the temperature exceeds 54 degrees Celsius.
