HOME WARRANTY. Buyer does does not require a Home Warranty Policy issued by a company qualified to provide such policies in the State of Alabama, effective for one year from date of closing to be paid by Buyer Seller at cost not to exceed $ . Buyer acknowledges that no broker or sales associate has made any representations or statements regarding the terms or conditions of any Home Warranty Policy or the items covered by any such Policy. The Buyer will personally review the Policy, which will contain certain limitations, exclusions and deductions, and Buyer will base the decision to accept or decline the Policy on this review, and not on any information that may have been provided by any broker or sales associate.
